You want to protect your exterior facades and roof tiles permanently against fungal and algae attack? Then the ILKA®-Sanierschutz is just right for your project!
The Sanierschutz for clean and water repellent surfaces
The Sanierschutz is preferably used as a colorless and water-repellent impregnation in building construction and there on mineral building materials such as concrete, brick, sand-lime brick, natural and artificial stone, plasters and pottery. The treatment prevents efflorescence, fungal and algal attack and applies a dirt- and water-repellent impregnation. The Sanierschutz is solvent-free, non-flammable, water vapor permeable and UV-resistant and does not require labeling according to the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances. Of course, the agent is also suitable for ETICS.
Always read labels and product information before use.
1 liter containers are supplied in bottles, 10 - 30 liter containers in canisters, 120 - 220 liter containers in drums and the 1000 liters in the IBC.
The ready-to-use ILKA-Sanierschutz can be applied in one or more working steps to air-dried, absorbent building materials. Care should always be taken to ensure saturated and even impregnation. The substrate to be treated must be completely cleaned before impregnation. Afterwards ILKA-Sanierschutz is biodegradable and harmless to health. In particular, it is recommended to apply a test impregnation before hydrophobizing a large area. Contact with impregnating agents containing solvents, e.g. residues in processing equipment as well as residues on other building materials such as stones, plaster, etc. as well as contact with tin cladding must be avoided at all costs. Flooding impregnation by spraying is recommended for large areas. Brushing and dipping of various building materials is also possible. ILKA-Sanierschutz must not be applied below + 8 ° C. After impregnation, the treated surface must be protected from rain for one day. The product must not be diluted. Consumption approx. 250 g/m².
