The new KaGe collection tray in free-standing design is designed for mobile use and can be used flexibly for many applications. Whether you need to safely collect solid or liquid materials for subsequent environmentally friendly disposal or collect bulk materials during decanting for further use, the KaGe catch basin is your partner!
The free-standing collection tray for many purposes
Derived from the mats used to collect cleaning residues when cleaning facades, but these mats can be set up completely free and without any other supporting elements or walls. Whether something is decanted or drained, it is safely collected in the KaGe collection tray. It can then be vacuumed, swept or mopped up from the mat surface. Whether in the garden, house, garage, car workshop or in the transport industry, for filling plants, renovation and refurbishment work or as a protective mat in the trunk of your car - there are many possibilities for the use of a KaGe free-standing sump. The robust 3.0 mm thick material is slightly roughened on both sides and can withstand more aggressive substances. A oil-resistant version is also available.
KaGe collection tray - extremely mobile as it can be folded and rolled up
The flat collection mats are formed into a stable tub shape by an ingenious eyelet-cord system. To do this, you simply pull the cords and fix them in the desired position. For easy and quick transport, the cords are loosened again and the mat is simply rolled up - just like camping mats. This gives you a compact roll that can also be stowed in a normal car. Available in 8 different standard sizes, the drip pans can also be made to your desired size up to a maximum of 10 m in length and 1.4 m in width*. If you need, just contact us via email.
Our varieties of collection mats
1.The standard mat is primarily designed for use in facade cleaning, as one long side of each is equipped with eyelets and carabiners and is not self-standing. This side is leaned directly against the wall so that the dirt liquor can run into the tub unimpeded. If this long side were pulled up too far, it would possibly stick out from the wall and the sewage would run between the tub and the facade instead of into the tub.
2.The freestanding mats have eyelets and straps all around. As they are pulled together, the sides stand up and form the catch basin. Since the bands are fixed on the outside via stoppers, the sides remain standing and form a rim about 10 cm high.
3.The free-standing mats made of a oil-resistant material, for example, for use in automotive workshops or mobile roadside assistance.
